Feel free to use your TemplateMonster.com affiliate links anywhere
on your web pages or to email the link address to friends. However,
do not send unsolicited email, or "spam" containing your TemplateMonster.com
affiliate link address. In addition, do not submit your TemplateMonster
affiliate link address to any search engines. You are solely responsible
for the consequences of sending unsolicited email or news postings.
Please don't do it.
How Commissions are calculated: Commissions
are calculated automatically at the end of each day. You can review
money balance anytime using online interface. You earn a 20% commission
on gross sales for customers who come to TemplateMonster.com and
purchase templates via your affiliate link. All customers, who
come via your affiliate link, will receive 1 year lasting cookies
on their computers. You will be receiving 20% of all sales for
such customers during 1 year of affiliate cookie lifetime. Your
earned commissions never expire.
NOTE: If TemplateMonster.com must refund a customer purchase for
which you received a commission, the commission you earned on that
purchase is subtracted from future commission earnings. Refunds
can accure due to various reasons such as fraud credit card purchase,
suspicious order, bank chargeback etc.
Form of Payment: All commission payments are
made by Paypal. If needed, please create Paypal account on www.paypal.com
.
When You Receive Payment: You will receive money
during 48 hours after you will click withdraw funds button on your
affiliate interface. Payment will be sent to Paypal email address
we have in our database. You can change your Paypal email address
at any time on the TemplateMonster.com website.
NOTE: Money can be withdrawn only after account balance will exceed
$100.
Verification of Commissions: TemplateMonster.com
will do its best to determine accurate commissions for its link
partners. However, TemplateMonster.com is the sole and final judge
of commission amounts and of the frequency, method, and amount
of commission payments. All TemplateMonster affiliates agree to
abide by the judgment of TemplateMonster.com.
Commission Structure: TemplateMonster.com reserves
the right to modify the terms of the commission structure at any
time.
Duration of Program: TemplateMonster affiliates
will always be registered with the TemplateMonster affiliate program.
TemplateMonster may end the TemplateMonster affiliate program in
the future, paying out all earned commissions and notifying all
TemplateMonster affiliates by email.
Disciplinary Measures: TemplateMonster.com reserves
the right to terminate any TemplateMonster affiliate account if
TemplateMonster.com suspects that party of fraudulent or abusive
activity regarding the TemplateMonster affiliate program or TemplateMonster.com.
Partners deemed fraudulent or abusive forfeit any unpaid commissions
